Bike Racks on Metro Buses: Loading
- Loading of bikes is only permitted at Metro
bus stops. Bikes can’t be loaded or unloaded
at the city Bus Exchange.
- Before the bus arrives remove water
bottles, pumps and any loose items that
may fall off while the bus is moving.
- Inform the driver you will be loading your
bike. Load from the curbside in front of
the bus .

- Squeeze handle on bike rack to
release latch and fold down bike
rack.

- Lift bike onto rack, fit your front
and back wheels into clearly
labelled slots.

- Raise the Support Arm up and
over the front tyre so the hook
rests at the highest point on the
front wheel.
